Building at glance
In fully developed locality of the city, in Ambawadi area, next to prestigious Shreyas foundation, Club had purchased about 3000 sq.yds of land from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. To operate various activities, a Seven storied modern building has been constructed. The building has been named Sheh Shri Jethabhai Gulabchand Gyanti Bhuvan in the memory of late Shri Maneklal Jethabhai, who had donated a four storied building in the heart of the business locality, where educational & medical services were carried on in 1925. Since last few years, these activities are now provided in the new building.
The building is L shaped with two wings. To start from the bottom there is a banquet hall in the basement, with an area of 12000 sq.feet fully airconditioned and equipped with kitchen facilities, Marriage dinner parities, musical events, lectures etc. can be staged here. Hall can accommodate around 2000 persons. This ultra modern hall is available at very reasonable rates and with no restrictions of caste & creed.
GROUND FLOOR
It has around 15000 sq.feet of open area and 5000 sq.feet of covered area. In memory of late Shri Sheth Lalbhai Dalpatbhai, this area is named Sheth Lalbhai Dalpathbhai Chowk. Many Social & religious events are organized here like Garba, Kite festival, sports, exhibition & lectures are held here. This premise is blessings for every one providing facilities at very reasonable rates.
FIRST FLOOR
A Wing:- It has a ultra modern air-conditioned office with a capacity for 50 persons. Meetings are held here. There separate offices of the President and Secretary along with stall for the office staff. Office wing is donated in the name of Kum. Krinaben Mahendrabhai Shah.
B Wing:- Mahila Utkarsh activities are carried on here. Home made products are sold here. In addition, Music classes, cooking classes, Marriage bureau are conducted. The premise is donated by Smt. Jayalaxmi Vimalbhai Jhaveri.
SECOND FLOOR
A WING:- It has an excellent Library with more than 6000 books & number of periodicals & reference books, There in carry-home facility Library is donated by Shri Rajnikant Sarabhai Jhaveri.
There is a modern computer training centre, with basic computer, MS Office, DOT DTP, Photo shop, Coral Draw, CCT Jawa etc. Trained staff provide guidance to the participants. For a special batch of Sr. citizens, basic training in Internet is also organized, Personality development programmes are also organized. For students Subsided Note Books are Given in addition to educational books. Computer wing is donated in the memory of late Shri Bipinbhaui Sarabhai Jhaveri.
Classroon has a capacity of 50 Students . This room is donated in the memory of Late Shri Bipinbhai Sarabhai Jhaveri.
The whole Education wing is known as Matrushri Vimalaben Sarabhai Jhaveri Gyan Parisar.
B WING:- it is a sports room, with facilities for Table-Tennis, Carrom, Chess & other indoor games Annual sports events are organized here. The premise has been donated by Smt. Muktaben Lalbhai Sheth and Smt. Champaben Maneklal Jhaveri.
THIRD FLOOR
Well furnished community hall with 6000 sq.ft. area. There are nominal token charges for its use. Kitchen facilities are also available.
FOURTH FLOOR
It Is a Medical centre, Panel of doctors in different facilities visit the centre on specified days & dispense medical services. In addition There is a dialysis centre, Ganenocology centre, X-ray room, pathology lab etc. In near future Medical store, Blood Bank & Ultra modern Eye Clinic are proposed. All there Medical services are provided at affordable charges. Medical wing is in the memory of Late Shri Arvindbhai Maneklal Jhaveri, donated by Smt. Sadgunaben Arvindbhai Jhaveri, Shri Dilipbhai Arvindbhai Jhaver And Shri Snatbhai Arvindbhai Jhaveri. Radiology & Pathology departments is donated by Smt. Kusumben Kanubhai Shah and Shri Kanubhai Gordhandas Shah. Dialysis department is donated by Shri Gowalia Tank Sankheswar Parshwnath Jain Medical Centre , Mumbai.
FIFTH FLOOR
A WING :- This is a Physiotherapy centre with latest Machines. There is a slimming centre, The premise is donated by in the memory of late Shri Pravinkumar Kantilal Jhaveri.
B WING:- It is fully equipped Air-conditioned Gym. There are number of Machines.
To attain physical fitness & good health. Gym is managed by trained staff. About 300 persons visit the Gym. Gymnasium is donated in the memory of Late Shri Hareshbhai Ramjibhai Patel ( Nirma ).
SIXTH FLOOR
There are number of A/c & Non A/c guest rooms, which are equipped with modern amenities like TV, Fridge etc. There are like home away from home.
SEVENTH FLOOR
There is a restaurant with exclusive Jain cusine. It can comfortably sit 100 persons, only Jain food will be served here,. so that guests can learn about hyginical values of Jain food.
